Abstract

Para la realización del estudio de factibilidad de implementación de un Warehouse Management System dentro del centro de práctica NOVILI S.A, se llevará a cabo una investigación de carácter cualitativa, donde se recopilará información primaria, tanto de reportes internos de la compañía, como información de la voz del equipo de trabajo de la practicante y de demás miembros claves de la organización involucrados en el proceso logístico. Con la información anteriormente recopilada se buscará analizar los procesos logísticos dentro de la compañía, para así enlistar las ventajas y desventajas que se presentarían al implementar un WMS. Se busca, junto con la información secundaria dispuesta en las diferentes bases de datos electrónicas de la internet, identificar los posibles modelos de WMS presentes en el mercado junto con las mejorías y deficiencias que pueden ofrecer para suplir las necesidades actuales de la compañía Los WMS presentes en el mercado se clasificarán de acuerdo con las facilidades que brinden a la compañía y la inversión que estos requieran para su implementación en la misma, esta clasificación se hará de acuerdo con la información dispuesta en la internet.
