Abstract

Debido a lo descrito en la problemática del proceso se acordó con las directivas de la empresa redefinir y actualizar el proceso de auxilio de rodamiento, pues muchas de las funciones allí descritas ya no operan, y otras nuevas no aparecen registradas en el documento “Manual de Procesos de Soporte para el cliente Tigo-Une”, y algunas otras funciones ya han cambiado en su operación.
