| en_ES |

dc.description.abstracteng | After the promulgation of Harrison’s law in North America (1914), edited with the unusual spirit to prohibit the non-medical use of some mood-altering drugs, the crusade against "the drugs" and fundamentally against its consumers is initiated at a global level. This regulation would be adopted by Colombia in the 11th law of 1920, being initiated, since then, an ab-normalization process that considers as its epicenter the so called today drug-dependent. This character will adopt the face of respectable man, of drug addict, of moral monster, of subject to be corrected and of abnormal and degenerate. A whole historic journey in which there are criss-crossed, under diverse powers, speeches of truth and speeches that make you laugh. | en_ES |
