| en_ES |

dc.description.abstracteng | The emancipatory movements and especially marxism emerged in the 19th century. They tried to complete what the bourgeois revolution had “forgotten”, above all, the achievement of a more equal society, under the name of socialism, which was only possible through the class struggle and the victory of the proletari-at. Some sources of marxism emerged from the readings of the philosophers of classical Antiquity by Karl Marx, such as Prometheus. Marxism influenced western societies of the 19th and 20th centuries, but already in this century it was acquiring characteristics of dogmatic religion with elements of beliefs that sought to replace in the search for relating ethical for humanity, as christianity. Left today should recover the dialogue and critical spirit of the young Marx and develop transformative proposals. | en_ES |
