dc.description.abstractCon este texto se busca hacer un análisis de los planteamientos sobre la aplicación de la Justicia Transicional para alcanzar la paz en los acuerdos de la Habana y sus posibles consecuencias en el posconflicto con el grupo subversivo FARC, teniendo en cuenta el contexto actual e histórico de la sociedad colombiana. Para lograr este objetivo principal, se iniciará con una conceptualización del término justicia transicional, así mismo, se resaltarán los planteamientos y propuesta alcanzados en las mesas de negociación de La Habana, y finalmente, se expondrán algunos ejemplos a nivel internacional, en los cuales se ha llevado a cabo este tipo de procesos de paz y cuáles fueron los resultados de la misma.en_ES

dc.description.abstractengWith this document will be an analysis of the approaches to the application of the approa-ches on the implementation of the Transitional Justice achieved in agreements of Havana and its possible consequences in the pos-conflict in Colombia to achieve peace. For this purpose taking into account the reality of the context will be presented in this document for the implementation of the transitional justice raised from the agreements of Havana and its possible effects on the post-conflict period with the subversive group of the FARC, to do this we will begin with a con-textualization grosso modo an analysis on the colombian society, then a conceptualization of the term transitional justice, then highlighted the ideas and proposals reached in Havana. Finally will expose some examples at the international level, in where it was implemented this process and what was the result of the same.en_ES
