This paper is divided in three parts: the first gathers some ideas of the Kantian theory, from which a critical theory to level the problems of knowledge and human existence for the Western World is proposed, and it is emphasized the statement of Reason as an absolute faculty of the Spirit for the guidance of moral deed from private maxims raised to universal laws. The second moment gathers the ideas brought up by Tugendhat from an etiological perspective, according to which the morality worthy of being sustained is one which both autonomous and reciprocal, involving also Freud’s thought, insofar as it is taken into consideration to account for the origin of moral conscience (Gewissen). The third moment intends to show how the main problems of modern world begin in the point where Western moralities are established, in the Platonism according to Nietzsche’s perspective. In this last moment, comments by Hopenhayn are retaken, for this author highlights how troublesome it is for modern man to be among the enfranchisement and identity pretensions, insofar as both tendencies, in the end, leaves him in a certain vital orphanhood.en_ES
