dc.description.abstractLa administración y la psicología organizacional comparten históricamente puntos en común que pueden revisarse por etapas para comprenderlas; las etapas: estructural, conductual e integral reúnen aspectos claves para comprender tal historia y ubicar el tema de cultura organizacional. La idea es que a partir del rastreo del concepto de cultura desde la antropología y sus diferentes enfoques y revisar del concepto de cultura organizacional, para comprender las posturas que la psicología ha adoptado frente a él; se finalizará resaltando la importancia de acercarse a los conceptos con rigurosidad teórica y respeto por sus bases epistemológicas.en_ES
