Este libro es una memoria de las diferentes investigaciones que han desarrollado los autores, buscando crear conciencia de que la justicia digital es una nueva realidad, adaptada a las condiciones de cada uno de los países de Iberoamérica. This text compiles some of the papers presented at the event Digital Justice Forum: Advances and Setbacks, organized by the Network for the Study of Process and Justice in May 2021. Within the framework of this event, different points of view regarding digital justice and, in essence, the way in which the administration of justice in Ibero-America has assumed the situation of confinement generated by the covid-19 pandemic was evidenced, resorting to the peremptory implementation of virtuality to seek the resolution of conflicts with access to justice for all who need it. This book is a memory of the different investigations that the authors have developed, seeking to create awareness that digital justice is a new reality, adapted to the conditions of each of the Latin American countries. |
