Abstract

El área de talento humano es la encargada de realizar toda la logística en el proceso de selección de personal de una compañía, durante varios años esta área ha logrado transformar y evolucionar dicho proceso para que sea mucho más efectivo y rápido logrando minimizar el tiempo de respuesta para cubrir una vacante y así lograr ser estratégicos en cada fase del proceso, el sector tecnológico de hoy en día padece de una rotación constante de su personal y por esto el proceso de selección se ha vuelto uno de sus mayores retos logrando ocupar sus vacantes.
