Estrategias nivel empresarial según la matriz DOFA

Abstract

El éxito empresarial a partir del análisis DOFA y la creación de estrategias ganadoras que logran posicionar las empresas a nivel internacional, la adaptación al cambio y aprovechamiento de todos los recursos que se logran obtener a través del tiempo. El siguiente artículo se desarrolla basado en un estudio de casos con el propósito de analizar las decisiones tomadas por la empresa Walmart, las estrategias implementadas y el logro obtenido por medio de estas, evidenciando sus debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas, amenazas, para con ello analizar las lecciones aprendidas y dar un posible diagnóstico general sobre su actual posición y las estrategias con mayor oportunidad de aplicación para otras compañías.

The entrepreneurial success from the DOFA analysis and the creation of winning strategies that manage to position companies internationally, the adaptation to change and the utilization of all the resources that are obtained over time. The following article is developed based on a case study with the purpose of analyzing the decisions made by the company Walmart, the strategies implemented and the achievement obtained through them, highlighting their weaknesses, opportunities, strengths, threats, in order to analyze the lessons learned and to give a possible general diagnosis about its current position and strategies with greater opportunity of application for other companies.
