Implementación del manual de cargos y funciones en la empresa Logistic Freigth Solutions en el departamento financiero área contable.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realizará un manual de cargos y funciones para la empresa Logistic Freigth Solutions, departamento financiero área contable, para la realización de este manual se inició con la identificación de cargos y procesos ya existentes en el área, lo cual se logró mediante la recolección de información relacionada con las actividades, responsabilidades, relaciones internas y reportes elaborados de cada cargo mediante entrevistas personales. La necesidad de implementar un manual de cargos y funciones en la compañía surgió por el hecho de que en ningún departamento se cuenta con él, desde el área contable se quiere iniciar con su manejo ya que se considera que es muy importante para la documentación de procedimientos, funciones y responsabilidades de cada cargo también para el registro de los perfiles que se requieren con el fin de lograr buenos resultados laborales. Como en ningún otro departamento se cuenta con el manual de cargos y funciones también se espera que con la implementación de este en el área contable los demás departamentos también lo incorporen, para esto será enviado el material terminado al equipo de recursos humanos. En este proyecto se muestra el organigrama del departamento financiero donde se puede observar las relaciones de jerarquías que existen, donde es crucial para la realización del manual de cargos y funciones, ya que servirá para identificar la funcionalidad actual de la compañía, y así poder contribuir de forma eficiente para lograr los objetivos fijados.

As no other department has a manual of positions and functions, it is also expected that with the implementation of this in the accounting area the other departments will also incorporate it, for this the finished material will be sent to the human resources team. This project shows the organization chart of the financial department where you can observe the hierarchical relationships that exist, where it is crucial for the creation of the manual of positions and functions, since it will serve to identify the current functionality of the company, and thus be able to contribute efficiently to achieve the set objectives.
