dc.description.abstract	Las diferentes políticas colombianas que han surgido durante los últimos 100 años han cambiado drásticamente, afectando no sólo las obligaciones y derechos de los jóvenes sino también la construcción conceptual de la definición de juventud. Ésta presenta tres momentos diversos, inicia con una juventud representada en un individuo y actualizándola hasta un sujeto de derechos y deberes. En el presente artículo se analizará la diacronía del concepto juventud en las políticas colombianas y se propondrá un cuarto momento	en_ES
