dc.description.abstract	El Tribunal Constitucional de España, muestra la importancia del control de constitucionali-dad en los Estados democráticos, es reflejo de la concertación como forma de expresarse las distintas vertientes políticas y la aceptación del legislador negativo para contrarrestar el poder legislativo que muchas veces no muestra la verdadera intención del pueblo cuyo parámetro se plasmó en la Constitución Política. Como también podemos verlo en algunos países de Latinoamérica, la creación de órganos para proteger la carta magna de cada Estado tuvo un gran impacto y sus decisiones han causado gran revuelo, pero con el paso de los años, momentos históricos distintos, marcan un desafío para el Tribunal Constitucional que acostumbró a la comunidad a impac-tar con decisiones de gran aceptación pero a la vez con alto nivel académico y argumentativo.	en_ES

dc.description.abstracteng	The Constitutional Court of Spain, shows the importance of the control of constitutionality in democratic States, is reflection of the coalition as a way of expressing the various political aspects and the acceptance of the negative legislator to counter the legislature that often does not show the true intentions of the people whose parameter was expressed in the Constitution. As we can also see it in some countries of Latin America, the creation of bodies to protect the Constitution of each State had a great impact and their decisions have caused uproar, but with the passing of the years, different historical moments, make a challenge to the Constitutional Court that grew accustomed to the community impact with great acceptance decisions but at the same time with high level academic and argumentative.	en_ES
