As Jonas and Arendt thought, the birth is the origin of the principle of responsibility, always understood as a family and social responsibility. From there, marriage and family are proposed as the first com-mon good of humanity and the first human capital. Every individual claim of Human Rights must obey the claim of the family self. The family is the primary society of the State; and therefore it is sovereign. Then, the family precedes the political community. In the family-bodies category we include the ethical character and its social mission inherent to all forms of stable and public emotional life. Starting from the filial-family identity of every human being at ontological and ethical level, we postulate the family identity as Weltethos, as a paradigm, prin-ciple and foundation of the whole family nostrity, it is ethical and socio-political-nostrity. Looking ahead, ethics must be a genealogical ethics, biofamiliar; the appropriate to a Lebenswelt, our referential. The universal ethics lies in our communion of origin and destination communion. |
