Abstract:
La era de la cuarta revolución industrial se ha caracterizado por fusionar el mundo físico con los
aspectos digitales y biológicos, dando lugar a nuevas formas de desarrollar y emprender en las
diferentes profesiones. La psicología no es una excepción de ello y como ejemplo surge la
psicoterapia online, como una alternativa en la psicoterapia presencial. Los diferentes estudios
relacionados a la psicoterapia online, aseguran que hay un gran porcentaje en el éxito de las
terapias y en el desarrollo de las mismas. Este trabajo de grado se realizó bajo la modalidad de
empresarismo y su objetivo es diseñar un espacio de psicoterapia online basada en el modelo de la
psicología positiva, dirigido a personas entre los 18 y 50 años de edad, de diferentes países que
cuenten con acceso a Internet y hablen el idioma español. La metodología que se siguió para su
elaboración fue la matriz FODA y el modelo canvas. Entre los principales resultados de este
trabajo se destaca que aproximadamente el 59% de la población mundial cuenta con acceso a
Internet, también se destaca que la personas que tienen estigmas para acudir al psicólogo prefieren
la psicoterapia online por ser un tratamiento más anónimo y además de esto se halló la existencia
de un fenómeno llamado desinhibición online el cual asegura que las personas suelen desplegar
más fácilmente sus sentimientos a través de medios virtuales. Finalmente, se concluye que en la
actualidad teniendo en cuenta las diferentes necesidades de las personas, se hace necesario prestar
servicios de atención psicológica a través de canales digitales. Además de esto, se requiere una
adecuada formación ética y profesional para llevarlo a cabo.
