dc.description.abstract	La cartilla se utiliza como instrumento educativo dirigida a la comunidad de los municipios que componen el área metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá. La cartilla está compuesta por cuatro capítulos, en el primer capítulo se dan a conocer los antecedentes, bases conceptuales sobre la que se construyen los flujos de información recomendados y marco normativo de la contabilidad ambiental, en el segundo se abordan las Responsabilidades en el proceso de información contable destinado a la presentación de indicadores Respel, luego se aborda el capítulo tres con la temática de Gestión contable ambiental de los Residuos Peligrosos, que contiene las etapas de planificación, implementación, verificación y mejora; por último en el capítulo cuarto se presenta información contable destinada al registro único ambiental RUA y estructura RUA.	spa

dc.description.abstracteng	The booklet is used as an educational instrument aimed at the community of the municipalities that make up the metropolitan area of Valle de Aburrá.
