Abstract

El presente proyecto pretende demostrar la importancia que tienen los caficultores del municipio de Envigado dentro de la economía de la región, así como el impacto social que su producción tiene en el aspecto financiero de la municipalidad, resaltándose igualmente la excelente calidad del producto que se desarrolla y la alta competitividad que el mismo puede tener tanto a nivel regional, nacional e internacional con otras marcas que en el mercado existen, buscando desde el punto de vista financiero generar así mismo, una oportunidad de ingreso diferente a la que las familias que actualmente cultivan este producto han tenido en el trascurso de su vida. Igualmente, se quiere demostrar el papel y la evolución de la mujer dentro de la sociedad caficultora envigadeña y como ha sido el fortalecimiento de esta en el campo de la producción cafetera tanto desde la siembra, como desde la distribución y su venta. Es importante resaltar que, si bien este proyecto se analiza desde el punto de vista financiero y contable, también se toman en cuenta aspectos de índole social, familiar y personal de las personas que hacen parte de este estudio y que pertenecen al grupo cafetero de nuestra municipalidad. Así mismo, es relevante dar a conocer la importancia que tiene la contabilidad en las empresas, porque quizás es el elemento mas importante de cualquier organización o negocio, ya que permite determinar su realidad económica y financiera, facilitando la toma de decisiones y así planificar de la mejor manera la administración de sus costos, gastos, inversiones e inventarios.

Likewise, we want to demonstrate the role and evolution of women within the coffee-growing society of Envigade and how it has been strengthened in the field of coffee production, both from planting, distribution and sale. It is important to highlight that, although this project is analyzed from a financial and accounting point of view, social, family and social aspects are also taken into account. personnel of the people who are part of this study and who belong to the coffee group of our municipality.
