Constitución del negocio familiar de comidas rápidas ¨Las Tremendas¨ en el sector La Mina parte alta del municipio de Envigado

Abstract

En este documento se consignan los datos obtenidos con el objetivo de la formalización del negocio familiar de comidas rápidas Las Tremendas en el sector La Mina parte alta del municipio de Envigado, siendo éste el sueño de unas personas emprendedoras que anhelan ofrecer alimentos de excelente calidad y brindar el mejor servicio, se crea conciencia acerca de lo significativo que es para el crecimiento empresarial hacer parte de la legalidad. El estudio de la normatividad en este trabajo tiene como finalidad exponer las leyes y reglamentos que existen a favor del emprendedor para la constitución y el funcionamiento de los negocios, considerando que existe de una necesidad insatisfecha o un problema en la sociedad por el desconocimiento de esta, lo cual puede solucionarse con la propuesta planteada en este proyecto que consiste en dar total cumplimiento a los procesos y tramites comerciales, laborales y tributarios para la ejecución de las actividades comerciales existentes; permite además identificar una idea del éxito económico y social que se vislumbra dentro del entorno formal. Como resultado al revisar el cumplimiento de la norma en el Negocio de Comidas Rápidas se encontró que efectuaban una parte del proceso normativo sin comprender el significado del mismo y que algunas otras directrices fueron desarrolladas gracias al aporte investigativo de este proyecto.
