En el desarrollo de esta investigación, se aborda de manera explícita los desafíos afrontados duranteel desarrollo del emprendimiento, dando lugar a la identificación de significativos hallazgos que han posibilitado la estructuración, formalización, mejora, progreso y una buena aplicación de este emprendimiento. La comprensión profunda de las respuestas y perspectivas de los posibles clientes, considerándolo como un componente crucial el cual permite discernir elementos claves destinados a satisfacer y superar las expectativas de los interesados en adquirir nuestro servicio en obsequios creativos.
