La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir las acciones de organizaciones sociales comunitarias de las zonas 6 y 9 del municipio de Envigado, encaminadas al bienestar de las familias, a partir de las voces de los líderes y lideresas integrantes de dichas organizaciones. Este proceso se desarrolló bajo una metodología de tipo cualitativa, desde el método fenomenológico; inicialmente se genera como punto de partida la descripción de las organizaciones sociales comunitarias partícipes de la investigación e identificación del alcance de las acciones realizadas que aportan al bienestar de las familias, posterior a ello se identifican los conceptos de familia y bienestar que fundamentan las acciones que realizan estas organizaciones
sociales, se determinan las situaciones problémicas que afectan el bienestar de familias y en consecuencia las acciones que emprenden las organizaciones sociales comunitarias para aportar al bienestar de las familias, a partir de las voces de los líderes y lideresas de las organizaciones sociales comunitarias.
Como principales conclusiones de la investigación se obtuvo que las acciones de las organizaciones sociales comunitarias abordadas, aportan al bienestar de las familias, teniendo como punto de partida no solo las situaciones problémicas que expresan los líderes y lideresas, sino desde la concepción de bienestar y de familia que se tienen en las organizaciones, lo cual tiene relación con algunas de sus características relevantes, y que se destacan en los resultados, tales como la edad, fecha de fundación, las principales acciones realizadas y la población objeto de su accionar.
The purpose of this research is to describe the actions of different community social organizations aimed at promoting the well-being of families in the Municipality of Envigado, using the voices of their leaders and leaders as a source. This process was conducted using a qualitative methodology from a phenomenological perspective. Initially, the research begins by providing a description of the participating community social organizations and identifying the scope of the actions they undertake to contribute to the well-being of families. Subsequently, the study identifies the concepts of family and well-being that serve as the foundation for the actions carried out by these social organizations. It also identifies problematic situations that affect
family well-being and, as a result, the actions taken by the social organizations to contribute to the well-being of families, as expressed by their leaders and leaders. The main conclusions of the research indicate that the actions of the addressed community social organizations contribute to the well-being of families. These actions are based not only on the problematic situations expressed by the leaders and leaders but also on the
organizations' own conceptions of well-being and family. This is related to some of their relevant characteristics, which are highlighted in the results, such as age, founding date, primary activities, and the target population of their efforts.
