Desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de tiempos que permita optimizar la capacidad de la Dirección de TI en la empresa ISA Intercolombia.

Abstract

En la empresa ISA Intercolombia se realiza el análisis constante de la capacidad de tiempo de trabajo del equipo de TI. Para obtener esta información se solicita a los miembros de la Dirección de TI (DTI) que llenen un formulario con la cantidad de tiempo que planean trabajar en el mes y se compara con el tiempo real que trabajó cada miembro de la DTI para así ver que tan cerca están del tiempo planeado. Este proceso es manual, donde se usa una plantilla de Excel para recolectar la información y un miembro de la dirección debe compilar y cargar la información a la base de datos. Por esta razón, tanto para los trabajadores que tienen que diligenciar el formulario, como para los gestores del proceso que tienen que compilarlo, esta tarea representa una gran inversión de tiempo, además al tratarse de un proceso que no está sistematizado es susceptible a errores humanos en los cálculos realizados.
