Having done our internship at FUNDACION HORACIO DE J. RESTERPO, approximately two semesters ago, a focus through a project of organizational psychology, a strategy that will transform the welfare not only in terms of the girls that are there, but also at an institutional level. Therefore, the professional practice runs the reasons the board of directors, administration and policies were considered for the execution of the job that ranked weakness or necessity as the number one priority, and since this was lacking from the Foundation we sought to strengthen the strategic structure currently being done, improving a better organization, creating sustainable growth of the institution in order to compete and advance in better practices and organizational processes in which serve as a development tool for the human resources department. In order to reach this objective or intention, we worked along side with the administrative department in a process of integral strategic transformation. The institution, in this case FUNDACION HORACIO DE J. RESTERPO invested not only in human resources, but also in the economic aspect, willingness and time, thus adecuately optimizing the tasks that are necessary to support the internal analysis that modify the organizational processes. It is thus, with the new structure in place we seek from the department of human resources at FUNDACION HORACIO DE J. RESTERPO an evolution towards an organization with standardized processes, where an integral knowledge is obtained to drive the institution to develop a better productivity and therefore well-being. As practicing psychologists of the INSTITUCION UNIVERSITY OF ENVIGADO and with a high commitment and assuming responsibilities, it was sought to implement the manual of functions, implementing such process tasks were carried out, which are assumed as strategic support. Therefore we worked continuously in tasks, such as: the design of the foundation’s organization chart, design of formats for the selection process, admittance of the girls, selection of personnel, labor welfare and other manuals, these being an alternate product that favors the structuring of this institution.
