dc.description.abstract	El 21 de septiembre de 2014, el turista francés Hervé Gourdel fue secuestrado en Argelia por Jund al-Khilafa (Soldados del Califato), un grupo vinculado al Estado Islámico. Tres días más tarde, el 24 de septiembre, la propia organización difundió un vídeo en Internet, bajo el título “Mensaje de sangre para el Gobierno francés”, en el que se veía la decapitación del rehén. A raíz de esos acontecimientos, el filósofo Abdennour Bidar escribió, el 29 de septiembre, una carta abierta al mundo musulmán, la misma que volvió a circular en las redes tras el atentado terrorista perpetrado en París el miércoles 7 de enero contra el semanario satírico francés Charlie Hebdo.	en_ES

dc.description.abstracteng	On September 21, 2014, French tourist Hervé Gourdel was kidnapped in Algeria by Jund al-Khilafa (Soldiers of the Caliphate), a group linked to the Islamic State. Three days later, on September 24, the organization itself released a video on the Internet, under the title "Message of blood for the French Government", in which the beheading of the hostage was seen. As a result of these events, the philosopher Abdennour Bidar wrote, on September 29, an open letter to the Muslim world, the same one that was circulated again on the networks after the terrorist attack perpetrated in Paris on Wednesday, January 7, against the French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo.	en_ES
