dc.description.abstract	El proceso electoral 2017-2018 supuso en el Estado mexicano una importante redistribución de las fuerzas políticas, lo que, proyectado en el ámbito estrictamente constitucional de las partes integrantes de la Federación, supone el eventual surgimiento de conflictos competenciales entre los órdenes y órganos de gobierno locales. Es en este sentido que se considera necesario analizar si las Constituciones locales mexicanas contemplan mecanismos jurisdiccionales que permitan dirimir esos conflictos competenciales y, en su caso, verificar si el diseño de los mismos corresponde a las necesidades propias de la dogmática constitucional y a la realidad que se concretará en breve.	spa

dc.description.abstracteng	he 2017-2018 electoral process was a significant redistribution of political forces in the Mexi-can State, which, projected in the strictly constitutional scope of the Federation’s constituent parts, implies the possible emergence of jurisdictional conflicts between the orders and or-gans of government local. It is in this sense that it is considered necessary to analyze if the Mexican local Constitutions contemplate jurisdictional mechanisms that allow to resolve tho-se jurisdictional conflicts and, if appropriate, verify if the design of them corresponds to the needs of the constitutional dogmatic and to the reality that is will materialize shortly.	spa
