dc.description.abstract	La ciudad de Bogotá D.C. a través del uso de algunos instrumentos de planificación urbana ha ido construyendo diferentes representaciones y significados sobre el territorio. Lo anterior, se hace relevante desde el año 1998, donde al revisar la puesta en marcha de algunos instrumentos de gestión del suelo a partir de un enfoque de políticas públicas, el ejercicio de producción y de definición del territorio, ha implicado la pugna de valores-intenciones en medio de lo complejo y lo dinámico de la ciudad. Abriendo la discusión en torno a el o los modelos de ciudad que ha tenido Bogotá D.C. durante las últimas seis administraciones y el papel que tuvieron los instrumentos de gestión del suelo empleados en cada periodo de gobierno, para la materialización de intenciones en el territorio y el alcance-conservación de la gobernabilidad en la ciudad.	spa

dc.description.abstracteng	The city of Bogotá D.C. through the use of some instruments of urban planning has been building different representations and meanings on the territory. The foregoing is relevant from the year 1998, where in reviewing the implementation of some instruments of land management from an approach of public policies, the exercise of production and definition of the territory, has involved the conflict of values-intentions in the complex and the dynamic of the city. Opening the discussion around city model(s) that has had Bogota D.C. during the last six administrations and the role that they employees the instruments of land management in each period of government, for the realization of intentions in the territory and the scope-conservation of governability in the city.	spa
