Los MASC, están concebidos dentro del ordenamiento jurídico, por estimarse necesarios para garantizarle a las personas el acceso a la justicia, cumplimiento el principio de gratuidad; esta investigación de tipo documental, con enfoque dogmático jurídico, busca establecer si la conciliación y el arbitramento cumplen el principio de gratuidad como garantía constitucional de acceso a la justicia, a pesar que en la actualidad hay personas no tienen conocimiento sobre estos mecanismos, por ello a través de esta investigación se estudiará la importancia y más aún como estos permiten un acceso a la justicia en pleno resguardo del principio de gratuidad.
