Delitos de mayor recurrencia y reincidencia por parte de adolescentes en el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá (2019- 2022)

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como propósito Identificar los delitos en los que más reinciden y cometen los adolescentes en el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá en el periodo comprendido entre los años 2019 a 2022; para ello, se parte del análisis de los factores de riesgo que mayor incidencia tienen en el fenómeno de la delincuencia juvenil en Colombia, describiendo sus causas sociales, económicas, psicológicas y familiares; a su vez, se reconocen las consecuencias del comportamiento delictivo de los adolescentes infractores de la ley penal en el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá en el periodo en comento; y por último, se describen las políticas públicas para la mitigación y prevención de la delincuencia en adolescentes en el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá.

The purpose of this article is to identify the crimes in which adolescents reoffend and commit the most in the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley in the period from 2019 to 2022; To do this, we start from the analysis of the risk factors that have the greatest impact on the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency in Colombia, describing its social, economic, psychological and family causes; At the same time, the consequences of the criminal behavior of adolescents violating the criminal law in the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley in the period in question are recognized; and finally, public policies for the mitigation and prevention of crime in adolescents in the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley are described.
