Regularización de la producción y venta de cocaína de uso recreativo en Colombia.

Abstract

Este artículo busca abrir una discusión objetiva sobre la problemática surgida alrededor de la cocaína. La cual se ha vivido por un largo tiempo en Colombia y se ha dejado de atender de manera seria por el estado y por la misma sociedad colombiana. Tal vez, en razón a la incomodidad que provoca evaluar el tratamiento que se le ha dado y si ha sido efectivo, tratando de apaciguar una de las mayores aflicciones del país. O sí, por el contrario, ¿el proceder frente a este tema a lo largo de los años ha sido infructuoso y en realidad solo se ha causado más daño del que en un primer momento se buscó evitar?

This article seeks to open an objective discussion on the problems that have arisen around cocaine. Which has been experienced for a long time in Colombia and has ceased to be seriously addressed by the state and by Colombian society itself. Perhaps, due to the discomfort caused by evaluating the treatment that has been given and whether it has been effective, trying to appease one of the country's greatest afflictions. Or yes, on the contrary, has the proceeding regarding this issue over the years been fruitless and in reality has only caused more damage than it was initially sought to avoid?
