Trabajo decente para la población juvenil en Envigado

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolla a partir de una introducción en donde se quiere dar a conocer la temática que tratara el proyecto de grado como tal, en este caso la población juvenil y Nini del municipio de Envigado y como conocer esta población en el tema laboral ayudar a fortalecer la política pública de trabajo decente del municipio de Envigado. Se identifico una problemática según las actividades realizadas por el estudiante en la agencia de empleo referente al proceso de construcción del documento técnico de justificación de la política pública de trabajo decente y posteriormente se dio una justificación de porque es importante diseñar estrategias que ataquen el problema. Se definió un objetivo general y sus objetivos específicos para alcanzarlo, se expone de manera detallada los mecanismos utilizados para cumplir con cada uno de los objetivos específicos y así poder alcanzar el objetivo general. Finalmente se da unas conclusiones de todo el trabajo en relación a la importancia del trabajo y el aprendizaje de este para el estudiante para posteriormente dar unas recomendaciones para que se pueda continuar con el proyecto en la Secretaria de Desarrollo Económico.

This work begins with an introduction that aims to present the topic that the thesis will address, in this case, the youth and NEET population of the municipality of Envigado and how understanding this population in the labor field can help strengthen the public policy for decent work in the municipality of Envigado. A problem was identified based on the activities carried out by the student in the employment agency regarding the process of constructing the technical document justifying the public policy for decent work. A justification was subsequently given as to why it is important to design strategies to address the problem. A general objective and specific objectives were defined to achieve it, and the mechanisms used to meet each of the specific objectives and thus achieve the general objective are explained in detail. Finally, some conclusions are given from the entire work in relation to the importance of the work and the learning from it for the student, and then some recommendations are given so that the project can be continued at the Secretariat of Economic Development.
